Collaborate with stakeholders, document goals, constraints, and requirements, and develop a structured brief.

Perform site assessments, document defects, and provide remediation recommendations.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to oversee design development.  We can be engaged as early as Master Plan Phase, or from Detailed Design for Tendering purposes. 

Managing the Design includes other services such as Buildability reviews, Cost Plan Reviews, Value Engineering and Master Program Development.

Oversee planning, coordination, procurement, and risk management.

Develop tender documentation, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.

Assist with drafting contracts, manage procurement, and oversee compliance requirements.

Monitor site progress, issue directions, and certify claims.

As a Superintendent, we will coordinate all Change Management items under the contract, including Variations, Notice's of Delay, and Extension's of Time, as well as complete Progress Reports supporting claim certifications. 

Inspect works, track defects, and enforce contractual obligations.

Includes the attendance and management of:

• Defects,
• Warranty Issues,
• Essential Safety Measures Monitoring, and
• Contract Administration through this period

Advise on best practices, regulatory compliance, and cost control measures.

 Building and Construction Advisory offers comprehensive safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Our services include conducting physical site inspections, reviewing documentation, identifying potential hazards and compliance issues, and assessing safety protocols to ensure regulatory adherence. We provide detailed reports outlining non-compliance findings and recommendations for improvement.
